Finding whether an employee is available to work can be a very complicated and time consuming process for consultants. When employees can show their availability for work the admin time for consultants is greatly reduced.
This means consultants can see instantly whether employees are available or not. Within the WorkTracker app every employee can self schedule their availability allowing the consultant the chance to offer or assign shifts instantly. The employee can also search for suitable shifts such as day or night shifts, late shifts or specific days etc.
