With Compliance integration, an employee can manage and track training, certification and other compliance items required for them to work within their role.
YouRecruit in tandem with the Worktracker app only allows employees with the required compliances to apply for shifts. The system recognises when an employee compliance is getting close to expiration and can inform them through the app.
Workers using the app can also receive links for specific training and take retrospective action in regard to their compliance status.
