Happy New Year 2025!
As we welcome 2025, we want to take a moment to reflect on the incredible journey of the past year. Each new year brings opportunities for growth, change, and improvement, and we always appreciate the chance to look back, learn from our experiences, and plan for the future.
2024 was a year of progress for YouRecruit and the services we offer to our clients. As our client base continues to grow, we strive to meet the expanding needs of our users, delivering efficient, expert solutions. We remain committed to providing excellent service to our current clients while welcoming new businesses with open arms.
We are constantly working on improving YouRecruit. Client feedback plays a vital role in this process, and we are grateful for the suggestions and insights shared by our user base. This year, we focused on refining and enhancing the overall user experience, ensuring that YouRecruit remains a reliable and intuitive platform.
Improvements We Have Made:
- Completely rewritten the Consultants permission access from role based to an Access control list which will allow you to specify permissions in more granular detail in the future.
- Users on page – Display if any other consultant is working on the same page – applied for specific pages where editing the content.
- Introducing new logging system
- Implementing new automated testing system for end to end tests (cypress)
TempManager
- Sending invoice emails directly to clients.
- Enhancing external integrations with Health Roster Excel import, Healthier Business and Venneu.
- Integrating new services – Shift Portal (Florence)
- Increase consistency of Terminology (eg renamed User to Consultant, Company administrator to Executive)
- Added Umbrella companies and assignments to Employees.
- Added several Sage payroll and invoice export options
- Added Shift statistics to allow executives review their caught and missed opportunities
- Updated many key libraries (VUE to Vue3, FCM notifications to HTTP V1, etc)
- Added a new gamification schema to allow smoother onboarding for new Consultants
- Applied specific STE pay rates and charge rates for Employees working longer time.
- Added ability to display the pay rate in the apps within the shift
- Enable suggested employees function for the Shifts list page
- Ability to mark Timesheets into batches and the process specific batches only.
- STE Timetable – ability to split the Bank holiday to different rates and also allow the bank holiday to start at 8:00 and finish at 8:00 next day.
Worktracker app
- Fix issue with camera image in the Android app.
- Added an option to send reference emails with automatic compliance approval.
- Added favourite locations into the apps.
In Posting module
- YouRecruit enhanced integration of Applicant tracking with Salesforce, Asymbl, Bullhorn and Monday.com
- Sourcing of jobs from Salesforce and Bullhorn
- Added Applicant Tracking to EU version of YouRecruit
- Connected with 3 new boards – ten.gg, freelance.de, freelancermap.de – and numerous client sites.
Looking ahead, we have some exciting plans for 2025. Our goal is to continue improving our range of features and modules, and to introduce new updates that will make YouRecruit even more powerful and user-friendly.
At the heart of our ongoing improvements is the aim to make YouRecruit the most efficient software for managing staff availability, as well as ensuring WorkTracker remains the go-to app for shift appointments and timesheet management. We are committed to optimising our platform for cost-effectiveness and efficiency.
