As we step into 2026, we want to share our thanks with every YouRecruit client. Your support, feedback, and patience helped us improve the platform throughout the year. Each update, big or small, came from real conversations with teams who use our platform daily. We appreciate every message, call, and suggestion.

2025 was a year of steady progress. Our focus stayed on reliability, support, and stronger tools for staffing agencies. Many clients told us they saw smoother planning, clearer compliance checks, and easier timesheet management. This feedback kept our team motivated all year. 

Here are some of our accomplishments over the last year:

  • Create long term Assignments – added into the mobile app, allow to upload the PDF Timesheet manually, add the Additional Expenses, Add complex calculation (including override rates)
  • Extend compliance only for one specific organisation for Assignments
  • Assignment secondary and tertiary approval when Org user is logging into YouRecruit including full process or rejecting
  • Split the Org user to Org User Standard and and Admin for better permission handling
  • Update communication with Evertime API – added Assignments, creating organisation, timetable sections. 
  • Update reports and statistics to give better insights (eg Employee reaching work hour limits, Invoices summary, history displaying names instead IDs). 
  • Add many add fields to allow you to customise list pages.
  • Ability to use 2FA for better account security
  • Compliance Requirements to Roles mapping based on tags
  • Individual Assignment rates
  • Update Evertime the response messages with adding buttons how to resolve the issues.
  • Update Umbrella company settings and send bank details to Evertime
  • Created more detailed Consultant’s ACL permissions
  • Create a new role Compliance officer with limited permissions to manage compliances only for selected Employees.
  • Optional warning if charge rate vs pay rate is under the standard percentage for LTE
  • Ability to calculate and display the profit for shifts
  • Importing older compliances from healthier Business to simplify initial setup
  • Sending Ad-hoc push notifications to Employees including link to page.
  • Added option to use different rounding for 5 min intervals
  • Ability to resending invoices
  • Ability to run NMC check on a weekly basis and ignore some qualifications
  • Health Roster import – map the role based on skills, improve warnings when an Employee is already booked.
  • Ability to suggest the best suitable Employee for the shift based on favourite locations, availability, previous work, worked hours this week and other parameters.
  • Compliance integration with NestForms where form can be created and filled in by the Employee and is automatically added as Compliance
  • STE Rates renamed to Rates as they are used for Assignments as well
  • Updated validation of setting the Rates Timetables to prevent storing incorrect settings.
  • Adding custom fields into the Employee profile page
  • Display whether there is another consultant on the edit page
  • Changed dates in database to UTC (previously in Irish time zone)
  • Keeping longer consultant access logs for potential late investigation
  • Updated word export options for simplified IR35 exports
  • Created an off-site daily file backup (primarily for Timesheet signature and compliances)
  • Better handling of App push notifications

  • When job has error on indeed and error is fixed, hide the error until indeed next scan
  • Add automated warning when CVs are not receiving for longer time
  • Created long-term Assignments in the mobile app, including the ability to upload PDFs.
  • Added manual timesheet entry with support for additional expenses and complex calculations, including override rates.
  • Extended compliance for assignments to apply to a single specific organisation only.
  • Added secondary and tertiary Assignment approval for Organisation users logging into YouRecruit, including full approval and rejection flows.
  • Split Organisation users into Standard and Admin roles for improved permission handling.
  • Updated communication with the Evertime API, adding support for Assignments, organisation creation, and timetable sections.
  • Updated reports and statistics to provide better insights (e.g. Employees reaching work-hour limits, invoice summaries, and history showing names instead of IDs).
  • Added multiple custom fields to allow greater customisation of list pages.
  • Added support for Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) to improve account security.
  • Mapped compliance requirements to roles using tags.
  • Added individual Assignment rates.
  • Updated Evertime response messages to include action buttons to help resolve issues.
  • Updated Umbrella company settings and enabled sending bank details to Evertime.
  • Created more detailed Consultant ACL permissions.
  • Created a new Compliance Officer role with limited permissions to manage compliance for selected employees only.
  • Added an optional warning when the charge rate versus pay rate falls below the standard LTE percentage.
  • Added the ability to calculate and display profit for shifts.
  • Enabled importing of historic compliances from Healthier Business to simplify initial setup.
  • Enabled sending ad-hoc push notifications to employees, including links to specific pages.
  • Added the option to use different rounding rules for 5-minute intervals.
  • Added the ability to resend invoices.
  • Added the ability to run NMC checks on a weekly basis, with the option to ignore certain qualifications.
  • Improved HealthRoster imports by mapping roles based on skills and adding clearer warnings when an Employee is already booked.
  • Added the ability to suggest the most suitable employee for a shift based on favourite locations, availability, previous work, hours worked during the current week, and other parameters.
  • Added compliance integration with NestForms, allowing forms to be completed by Employees and automatically saved as Compliance records.
  • Renamed STE Rates to Rates, as they are also used for Assignments.
  • Updated validation for Rate Timetables to prevent incorrect settings from being saved.
  • Added custom fields to the Employee profile page.
  • Displayed whether another Consultant is assigned on the edit page.
  • Standardised all stored dates to UTC (previously Irish local time).
  • Extended Consultant access log retention to support late-stage investigations.
  • Updated Word export options to simplify IR35 exports.
  • Created a daily off-site file backup, primarily covering timesheet signatures and compliance documents.
  • Improved handling of timesheet app push notifications.
  • Improved handling of Indeed job posting errors: when an error is fixed, it is hidden until the next Indeed scan.
  • Added an automated warning when CVs are not received within a defined timeframe.
