Articles Within the App
Adding articles to notifications or as menu items.
Articles allow you to inform the employees in-app about any type of the information.
Articles in the app serve as a means to share various types of information to employees. These can be Company announcements, Terms & Conditions updates etc.
They are displayed in the menu left column under More by default.
You can also add an article as its own menu item within the app menu or both by setting it to Promote.
You can also link the notifications to the article if you need Employees to read the longer text.
Articles List:
Scroll down to the Useful Functions section on the Temp Manager dashboard and select Articles. Or, via the blue Articles button at the top right of the create notification screen (ideally open in a new tab to prevent losing your current content).
You will see all existing articles listed here.
Add new Article details:
Just click to the Add Article on the Articles page to create a new one
- Insert name – This will appear in the menu.
- Insert position – this number determines the order of your articles
- Insert a long description – This is the main content. You can add any content including links to your external resources or PDFs.
- Choose to Promote the article – Adds the article as a separate item in the app – left menu. (We recommend only using within a limited number of articles).
- You can now choose Activate to display if it will appear in the app.
