With Healthier Business integration, you can automatically receive updates to employee compliance certification immediately after employees have completed their Healthier Business courses. To start using this integration we will require API and validation keys from your Healthier Business account. Once these are provided you can begin setting up both the employee and compliance requirements.

Healthier Business External Initial Setup

To use the Healthier Business integration, you should follow these steps:

  1. Provide us with your Healthier Business API and validation keys.
  2. We will apply the settings to your YouRecruit account.
  3. You can then edit the Requirement settings and set the requirement fields to display at least the Expiry Date and any attachments.
  4. After the External Requirement is set to Healthier Business, a new dropdown menu is displayed.
  5. Select the corresponding Healthier Business course in the new dropdown.
  6. Make sure you don’t forget to set the Requirement roles mapping.
  7. You will need to request a YouRecruit Webhook to be added into the Healthier Business back end. (you can send an email request to their support team).
  8. If your employees already have Healthier Business accounts use the Healthier Business Employee sync button which can be found at the bottom of the Temp Manager dashboard to sync your employees. The employees are matched based on email addresses. Please note that to use this feature, the user must be of “Supervisor” status at minimum.

Adding an Employee into Healthier Business 

If you have already set up the employee in YouRecruit, you can simply create them in Healthier Business by following these steps:

  1. Edit the employee in Healthier Business.
  2. Make sure the employee has an email set.
  3. Make sure the employee has active compliance with all of the requirements for the Healthier Business set up.
  4. Hover over the Others submenu in the top right corner of the page and from the dropdown provided click the Create in Healthier Business button.

If you wish to map multiple employees you can do so quickly on the Employees list. From the Add fields dropdown select Healthier Business ID and click on Filter. A new column will be displayed. When hovering over an employee that’s not mapped to Healthier Business, a button will display that allows you to export the employee. When exporting the employee from the employee profile, you should make sure the employee has the correct requirements set as well as an email address.

    Compare courses with requirements mapping

    There are several ways to compare the difference between the Healthier Business courses and the YouRecruit requirements assigned to the employee. 

    If you wish to check one employee only, edit their employee profile page and hover over the Others button in the top right corner and click Compare Healthier Business courses, the results will be shown in a popup. Or, you can go to the Employees list and add the column Healthier Business ID using the Add Fields filter. When hovering over the individual row you can click the magnifying glass icon and the results will be displayed in the column.

    If you need to check multiple employees go to the Employees list and add the column Healthier Business ID. Then hover over the “Others” button in the top right corner where the new option Compare employee Healthier Business courses will be shown. Once clicked the courses will be compared for all employees that are currently shown on the employees list and that are mapped to Healthier Business.
