Compliance stamps allow you to automatically add your own company stamp including custom text to compliance PDF documents. This can help you identify documents that have been checked or approved, add relevant information such as the consultant’s name and date, and make document processing more consistent.
You can configure stamps for individual compliance requirements and customise their appearance and position on the PDF.

Stamp Usage

When you are on the compliance detail page and there’s a PDF, click to the three dots and choose “Add stamp”. It will generate a new PDF which will now include the image stamp including your custom text.
When you add the stamp, both files (original and stamped) will be stored.

Stamp settings

When you edit any Requirement, there is a field at the bottom of Additional settings  called Stamp.

You can upload an image there (recommended is a PNG file with 300px).

You can also define the

  • Position within the PDF(eg top right)
  • Page – Onto which page the stamp will be added
  • Text – If you want to enter some custom text into the stamp image, add it here. You can use placeholders like Consultant name, Current Date, Current Time.
  • Text position – Allows you to select where in the stamp the text is to appear.
  • Text colour – Denotes the colour of the text

As you are modifying these parameters, you will automatically see text appearing on your image, so you get an idea as to how it will really look. However we strongly recommend testing with a real PDF after any changes have been made.
