NestForms External Compliance allows you to provide a unique link to the employee in the app, which will direct them into your form within the NestForms platform. Employees complete their details directly within the form. Upon completion, NestForms can automatically calculate the score. If the minimum required score is met, a Custom PDF document is generated and sent back to YouRecruit via webhook, where it is automatically matched with the corresponding compliance record.

The consultant just reviews the PDF and approves it. No need to import and export files, no copying and pasting fields from one place to another.

 

External Requirement Setup

Edit the Requirement settings, set the External Requirement to NestForms, and several new options will be displayed. 

Nestforms employee identification field: define which of the fields should be used for identification – it will be available in the NestForms report later on. The options are:

Employee ID, Email, Hash Code

Nestforms form: Select the form from NestForms that you want the Employee to fill in.

Nestforms Trigger: if you have already prepared a NestForms webhook trigger, you can pick one. Otherwise just click to “Create Trigger” and the trigger will be created automatically.

Nestforms Compliance note append: if you want to add something into the note within the compliance when the automated response is received.

Nestforms attachment name template: format of the filename that is to be imported.

Nestforms Additional settings: Additional options that can modify behaviour

  • Approve Compliance: Whether the compliance should be approved automatically when received, or when the consultant needs to approve it.
  • Approve Attachments: Whether the file should be approved automatically when imported.
  • Email if no Compliance: If the compliance is not opened for file import, we can ignore the submission, or notify that there was an issue during the import.

 

Creating the form in NestForms

Before you integrate a compliance, you should create your form there. We recommend adding the email question type and then connect using the email for the first time.

In the company settings, click to “NestForms Account Settings” which will lead you through setting up the connection between YouRecruit and NestForms.
